Dpict Visualization created architectural renderings for the adaptive reuse and renovation of a historic three-story building in Chicago’s Fulton Market District, featuring a contemporary penthouse addition.
Leveraging our local Chicago presence, Dpict conducted on-site surveys to capture drone plates, contextual background photography, and detailed texture references from the original masonry structure. These assets enabled us to produce photorealistic imagery that accurately reflects the building’s historic character and urban surroundings. The scope expanded to include lobby interior renderings, highlighting the space’s dramatic windows, generous ceiling heights, and refined material palette.
