Baker Development Corp. engaged dPict Visualization to create architectural renderings and aerial visualizations exploring potential development opportunities for its commercial property in Chicago. The concepts included a Tesla dealership, a Lyft office, and a larger-scale office building with prominent signage opportunities. Using client-provided drone footage, dPict cleaned and tracked the video to establish a matching 3D camera, then modeled, textured, lit, and rendered the proposed buildings for seamless compositing into the aerial footage. The final visuals provided a compelling way to evaluate multiple development scenarios and communicate the property’s potential to stakeholders.
