Dpict Visualization was engaged by JAB Development and SPACE Architects to produce a dynamic suite of marketing renderings for 3401 N. Southport Ave., a new mixed-use development located in Chicago’s vibrant Lakeview neighborhood.
While featuring a classic transit-oriented footprint, the project required translating a complex combination of architectural and contextual details into polished visual assets. Dpict created a comprehensive package encompassing interior residential spaces, a fully detailed roof deck, and exterior perspectives showcasing the building’s intricate masonry and fine brickwork. Our team fully populated the ground-floor retail spaces with vibrant interior setups and active storefront life. Leveraging our local Chicago presence, we also conducted on-site photography to capture authentic background context plates, seamlessly integrating the adjacent CTA “L” train tracks into the surrounding streetscape to provide compelling imagery for pre-leasing and marketing efforts.
