Dpict Visualization was engaged by Draper and Kramer to produce a series of photorealistic exterior renderings for 61 E. Banks St., a premier luxury residential development along Chicago’s historic Gold Coast lakefront.
Our team visualized the building’s refined architecture, capturing its glass-and-steel bay windows overlooking Lake Shore Drive and Lake Michigan, as well as the elegant covered porte-cochère entry. Dpict fully modeled the expansive rooftop amenity deck and integrated detailed landscaping schemes based directly on the project’s landscape documentation. Leveraging our local presence in Chicago, Dpict conducted custom on-site photography to establish authentic background plates, allowing us to seamlessly integrate the proposed structure into real-world context photos. The final visual package culminated in a dramatic nighttime perspective that highlighted the building’s illuminated architecture and striking presence against the lakefront skyline.
Following the success of the exterior phase, Dpict was subsequently retained to visualize the building’s interior environments. Our team developed high-fidelity renderings for two distinct residential unit layouts, the primary entrance lobby, and core interior amenity spaces—accurately capturing the project’s elevated material palette, custom finishes, and light-filled spatial design.
