Following the completion of the exterior visual package for 61 E. Banks St., Dpict Visualization continued its collaboration with Draper and Kramer to produce a series of interior renderings showcasing the property’s elevated residential units and common spaces.
Dpict developed high-fidelity interior perspectives for two distinct layout types: a ground-floor residence featuring a private street-level entrance, and an upper-level residence framing expansive views of Lake Michigan. These unit visualizations emphasized the open-concept layouts, high-end kitchens, refined bath finishes, and abundant natural light. Moving to the shared spaces, Dpict illustrated the building’s dramatic double-height lobby, along with the roof-level resident clubroom and fitness center, capturing the full scope of the property’s luxury indoor amenities.
