Sullivan Goulette & Wilson Architects engaged Dpict Visualization to produce a comprehensive suite of renderings for 858 N. Franklin, a 23-unit boutique residential midrise in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Created to support municipal reviews, design approvals, and pre-leasing marketing, the visual assets communicate both the architectural drama and the refined living experience of the development.
Defined by a modern aesthetic, the architecture features floor-to-ceiling glass façades, crisp white stucco framing, cantilevered balconies, and a setback penthouse level with expansive private terraces overlooking the skyline. Dpict developed three exterior scenes, including street-level perspectives that capture the glowing ground-floor translucent glass wall at night. For the interiors, our team crafted marketing imagery of the penthouse residences, featuring open-concept layouts, floor-to-ceiling window walls, and generous indoor-outdoor transitions to the upper-level decks.
