Wright Heerema Architects engaged Dpict Visualization to produce a series of renderings for the major repositioning of the Bannockburn Plaza office building. The project featured significant exterior façade updates, a redesigned entry canopy, and extensive interior transformations.
Dpict developed a dramatic twilight exterior rendering highlighting the building’s new entrance and warm interior glow. For the interior, our team visualized the three-story atrium, showcasing the light-filled, skylit space with a glass elevator, wood accents, and glass railings.
For the prospective tenant spaces—which lacked a finalized design—Dpict leveraged its architectural design background to extrapolate from minimal initial concepts, rendering a fully realized office layout that served as a key marketing asset for prospective tenants.
