Dpict Visualization worked closely with the architect to create exterior renderings for the proposed transformation of a vacant lot in Chicago’s historic Bronzeville neighborhood. Beginning with preliminary hand sketches, Dpict developed the imagery through an iterative visualization process that helped clarify the design vision as it evolved.
The final renderings captured the promise of the redevelopment and its potential contribution to the surrounding neighborhood. One image was later reimagined for Dpict Visualization’s 2023 holiday card, enhanced with festive lighting and snow-covered streets to create a seasonal architectural scene.
