Dpict Visualization was engaged to create marketing imagery for the historic renovation of the iconic Morris B. Sachs building—now Hairpin Lofts—in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. This adaptive reuse project transformed the historic landmark into a vibrant mixed-use community hub, combining affordable live/work lofts with ground-floor retail and the second-floor Logan Square Arts Center.
To honor the building’s intricate historic architecture, Dpict conducted detailed site documentation to accurately model and recreate its distinctive exterior cast stone details. Our team produced a primary exterior perspective featuring multiple design iterations for the ground-floor retail storefronts, alongside a dedicated rendering of the residential entry. The resulting imagery effectively communicated the seamless integration of modern commercial usability with the building’s rich architectural heritage, providing a key asset to support the revitalization and leasing strategy.
