Akara Partners engaged Dpict Visualization to bring its proposed mixed-use tower in Nashville’s vibrant urban core to life through a comprehensive architectural rendering package. The visual scope showcased the development from every angle, including exterior views, the lobby, co-working spaces, clubroom, fitness center, pool and amenity deck, and a range of residential units.
Unit renderings featured studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts, with the studio residences highlighting custom convertible furniture designed to elevate compact living. To demonstrate the flexibility and market appeal of these efficient spaces, Dpict created imagery showing the furniture in both open and closed configurations, helping prospective residents and stakeholders clearly envision the completed experience.
