Dpict Visualization continued its work with Akara Partners on the Kenect portfolio, bringing the new Phoenix development to life through a suite of high-impact architectural renderings. The visualization scope captured studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences, along with co-working environments, rooftop pool areas, and rooftop amenity decks. Each scene was developed to reflect the project’s design intent, lifestyle appeal, and market positioning.

Common areas, including the lobby and co-working spaces, featured custom-modeled furniture, fixtures, and finishes for a polished, realistic sense of place. The final imagery delivered compelling marketing assets that support leasing efforts, communicate the development’s character, and help prospective residents envision the Kenect Phoenix experience.
