Dpict Visualization was engaged by Draper and Kramer to create a comprehensive suite of interior and exterior renderings for the planned transformations at the historic Lake Meadows apartment community in Chicago.
Our team visualized extensive updates across the property’s residential spaces and communal facilities. We developed high-fidelity interior renderings for the kitchen and living areas of two distinct unit layouts, alongside key amenity spaces including the updated primary lobby, resident clubroom, and modern fitness center.
To showcase the complete reimagining of the development’s central park, Dpict produced photorealistic aerial views illustrating a series of major outdoor enhancements—including new bocce ball courts, a dedicated dog park, an interactive splash fountain, play structures, and terraced seating environments. Utilizing custom drone photography, we photomatched and composited our 3D exterior models directly into high-resolution aerial plates, delivering an accurate, tangible vision of the transformed landscape for marketing and owner review.
