Dpict developed a series of street-facing façade studies for Phase III of the Main Street Promenade, a mixed-use building in downtown Naperville, IL. Through multiple design iterations, the renderings helped refine the project’s architectural expression, with special attention given to the active ground-floor retail experience and traditional façade detailing that strengthen its pedestrian-friendly character.

Following approval of the primary view, Dpict produced an additional rear perspective highlighting the residential entry, covered parking area, and streetscape improvements, creating a cohesive visual package that supports design communication and project marketing.
