Mid Chicago Development and Sullivan Goulette & Wilson Architects again engaged Dpict Visualization to produce a comprehensive suite of interior and exterior marketing imagery for a mid-rise condominium development in Chicago’s desirable Lakeview neighborhood. Dpict developed detailed exterior renderings that highlighted the brick and stone masonry façade, complemented by custom fencing options and curated landscape design. To showcase the property’s premium outdoor amenities, we fully modeled and rendered the expansive roof deck, capturing its generous layout alongside views of the surrounding skyline.

For the interiors, Dpict collaborated directly with the developer to visualize high-end finishes, custom furnishings, and tailored lighting design. To ensure complete alignment with the staging vision, the client provided exact artwork and decorative accents to be integrated directly into the scenes. Dpict built out two distinct units—a ground-floor duplex and an upper-level flat—producing photorealistic imagery of the kitchens, living and dining spaces, and private rear decks to accentuate the unique spatial qualities of each layout and accelerate pre-sales.
