Dpict Visualization worked with Konstant Architecture Planning to create a series of refined renderings for an idyllic waterfront residence on Oconomowoc Lake, developed for village board review and owner presentation. The design features a prominent guest house connected to the main residence via an elegant covered walkway, forming a private, enclosed motor court. Our visualizations carefully captured every architectural nuance, from the board-and-batten siding and copper and wood roof accents to the balanced window proportions and tailored shutters.

To support the development of the primary lakefront view, we quickly produced several design iterations as the project evolved. These imagery updates provided the architect and homeowner with clear visual reference points to evaluate different design options and fully realize the impact of each variation before finalizing the plans.
