JAB Real Estate engaged Dpict Visualization to create a suite of marketing imagery for the complete renovation of a multi-family residential building on Rascher Avenue in Chicago. The project breathed new life into the property, modernizing the entire interior layout while thoughtfully restoring and revitalizing its vintage exterior.
Dpict developed photorealistic interior renderings highlighting the light-filled, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living spaces. Additionally, we crafted visual packages for two distinct bathroom designs, accurately capturing custom tilework, elevated fixtures, and refined material finishes throughout. The resulting suite of imagery provided JAB Real Estate with compelling visual assets to accelerate pre-leasing and market the unit’s blend of modern functionality and classic Chicago charm.
