Dpict was initially contracted to develop a series of architectural visualizations depicting the new residence in Winnetka, IL, on the shore of Lake Michigan. As construction advanced and the interior design package was further refined, the scope expanded to include visualization support for several high-end bathroom spaces within the residence. Each option was modeled and rendered to evaluate material selection, lighting behavior, reflectivity, and spatial composition. The studies evaluated wood wall paneling, high-gloss finishes, custom mirrors, integrated lighting, and specialty fixtures to support final material and detailing decisions.
