As an early highlight in our portfolio, the Shore Lane Residence – designed by longtime collaborator Konstant Architecture Planning – remains a project we hold in high regard. Situated along the Gulf of Mexico shoreline on Gasparilla Island, Florida, this luxury estate required comprehensive exterior 3D visualization to support the owner’s design review and approval process.

Dpict was engaged to render the complete exterior design, maintaining an agile workflow to accommodate rapid iterations as architectural details evolved. The final imagery captured the home’s understated symmetry, showcasing key architectural features including expansive open terraces, standing-seam metal roofs, custom Bahama shutters, and a dramatic pool deck anchored by an infinity-edge pool framed by vibrant bougainvillea.
