Quinn Evans Architects commissioned Dpict Visualization to help reimagine Toledo’s historic former Fiberglas Tower, now Tower on the Maumee, as a vibrant mixed-use destination featuring retail, office space, and luxury apartments. Dpict created a series of interior renderings, including residential unit views, a renovated lobby, and updated elevator lobbies for the office floors.
The lobby visualization required a thoughtful balance of preservation and renewal, accurately reflecting existing marble pillars, flooring, and ceiling details while presenting a warm, open, and welcoming arrival experience for future tenants. For the upper floors, Dpict created polished elevator lobby views with contextual office settings, delivering market-ready imagery that supports repositioning and leasing efforts.
